Warranty Policy

As a sign of commitment to our customers, we at The Rider Hub provide warranty on all products as per warranty policy of the manufacturer of the product. Please remember that the warranty specifically covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations/repairs, accidental damage, of the product. The tax invoice of the product issued by us must accompany the warranty claim. Claims without valid invoices may not be entertained by the manufacturer. This warranty also excludes all claims to any incidental or consequential loss to personal property. Please note that the warranty applies only to the original customer. Our aim is to examine each claim on an individual basis and work with the customer towards resolving the claim in a mutually satisfactory manner.
