Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason, you feel the need to exchange a product for wrong size or any other defect, we will assist you with an exchange. Email or call us for processing your return. Returns will not be accepted unless the same has been communicated to us through email within 24hours of receipt of the product.Please note that the original shipping charges (as on actuals) are non-refundable. The cost of returning the goods to our warehouse will be borne by the customer.  Your product shall be exchanged provided:

  • The product is returned unused.
  • The product is accompanied by the original invoice, packing, labels & tags, etc.
  • The product is received by us in re-saleable condition. (Please use a proper courier service to ensure this)
  • In case of any Returns due to Non Receipt by customer or due to failure in delivery by courier, for any reason whatsoever, the amount of deposit shall be non-refundable.

If the product is not received in the above condition it may not be accepted for exchange. We will immediately ship your exchanged product after receipt and inspection of your return at our warehouse, subject to availability of the variant requested by you. If the required variant is not available then you may choose from any of the products available at our warehouse.  Please note some of our accessories are not covered under the exchange policy. Any exchange shall be at the sole discretion of our management. If the reason for which the exchange is demanded is not acceptable then the exchange will not be processed. Items on Sale/Offer/closeout will not be exchanged under any circumstances. Please note that the operations of logistics are not in our control and we cannot be held responsible for delays and thus the delays in your trip. However, we assure you that we try to get the order delivered to you at the earliest.
