Shipping & Delivery Policy

• All orders for INR 2000/- and over (including sale and closeout items!) qualify for free standard shipping throughout India.
• Orders shipping to a remote address may not qualify for free shipping (Sole rights reserved by The Rider Hub)
• Orders are shipped from one of our distribution centres across the country.
• Orders are shipped within 72 hours of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment is subject to our Logistics partners’ norms.
• The Rider Hub is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 72 hours of the order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will always be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only (Unless specified at the time of Order).
• The Rider Hub is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
• As a general practice always check your courier package for any tampering or damage before you sign the POD receipt. In case there is a problem please don’t sign POD and let us know at our mentioned contact details along with the Name/Phone number of the person delivering the package. POD once signed courier company doesn’t entertain any complaints/claims.
