XDI is always in the search for the Xtreme and we may have just found it with the Torque master glove.
A bad-ass semi gauntlet design with subtle highlights makes it stand out from the pack.
The glove encapsulates our Race fit V philosophy which provides a narrow wrist entry and broader palm section in order to provide a superior fit and control.
The materials and construction of the Torque master glove have been chosen for their extreme durability to provide high levels of impact and abrasion resistance.
The Race spec leather chassis is paired with a dual-layered goatskin palm overlay and is backed by the soft comfort liner.
While designing the palm sliders we wanted to find the right balance between touring and daily commuting.
The traditional TPU or plastic sliders tend to dig into your palms over long rides and hence we reserved these for our track gloves.
Keeping these things in mind we added the custom-molded Czech tech TPR palm sliders, which don’t just work as impact protectors but also dampens the vibrations from the handlebars.
As always we try to imbibe an Xtreme measure and hence we reinforced the Czech tech palm slider with the power of Kevlar.
Kevlar which is equivalent to five times the strength of steel in strength to weight ratio and hence this would give you peace of mind for those high-velocity asphalt encounter.
This simply means that the next time you encounter a crash your palm would need to go through the TPR, Kevlar, two layers of goatskin leather, and the comfort liner in order for the asphalt to reach your skin.
We think that’s what we define as a Badass motorcycle glove.
We also went Xtreme with the back of the glove where we sandwiched a Race proven TPU knuckle between two layers of leather panels and a softshell fabric for better impact and puncture resistance which is not found on soft knuckle impact protector.
Finally, we finished it with a soft texture in order to give it a distinct yet premium look.
We also wanted to keep those fingers safe which means you get Fused TPR sliders and EVA padding to keep those little fellas safe.
Tiny panels of accordion stretch panels were placed on strategic areas of the fingers for enhanced flexibility.
On the features front, we patched a slip-resistant synthetic suede with silicone branding for better grip and abrasion resistance in wear and tear areas.
We also added our signature XDI Helmet Visor wiper for wiping the muck of your Visor during those adventure rides with your buddies.
For your touch-enabled devices such as Mobile phones and Navigation systems, the Torque Master incorporates a touch panel on the index finger for easy use on the go.
As always we have added an extended pull tab to help you easily slide on the glove.
